1. Who we are

2. Our two roles

Controller: for visitors to this website and people requesting a demonstration or partner conversation.

Processor: for all End-user data within our clients' ecosystems. The client is the controller there; arrangements are set out in a data processing agreement. Questions about that data are best directed to the organisation concerned.

3. What data we process

Data you enter in the request form: name, organisation, email address, phone number (optional) and your message.

Technical data: your language preference (NL/EN), stored locally in your browser, and necessary server logs such as IP address and time for security purposes.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to your request and scheduling a demonstration (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).

Securing and improving the website (legitimate interest).

Complying with legal obligations, such as tax record retention.

5. Cookies and local storage

We only use functional storage needed for the site to work, such as remembering your language choice. We do not place tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Retention periods

Request data is kept for up to 24 months after last contact unless an agreement follows. Data subject to tax retention obligations is kept for 7 years.

7. Sharing with third parties

We never sell personal data. We only share data with carefully selected service providers (such as hosting and email providers) acting as sub-processors, or where required by law.

8. Storage and security

Data is stored within the European Economic Area. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, access control, monitoring and regular backups.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. Send your request using the contact details below; we respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
